Return Policy

Many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order. These items are non-returnable and may have specific lead times for production and fulfillment. If your order includes a custom, personalized, or one-of-a-kind item, it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For standard, in-stock products that are not custom-made, we offer returns and exchanges. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

Refunds and exchanges for eligible items will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A small restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Physical Goods

Refunds are available for non-custom, non-made-to-order items if the request is initiated within 15 days of delivery. The item must be returned at the buyer’s expense, in unused, resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories. A restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs. Customers must provide a scanned proof of drop-off to the designated mail or logistics carrier before the 15-day refund window expires to ensure timely processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Goods & Services

All sales of digital goods and services are considered final once accessed. Logging into a service, downloading a file, or activating a license constitutes usage and renders the purchase non-refundable. Exceptions may be made only in cases where an issue is directly caused by us, such as failure to provide access to the product or service due to an internal error. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.

Dispute Policy

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions should be reported immediately. Filing a chargeback without first seeking resolution through our support team may lead to account restrictions or limitations on future purchases. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to remain in compliance with any of our Payment Providers' guidelines and financial regulations. Cancellation Policy

At River Valley Research Group LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and services while maintaining fair policies for cancellations. Below are the terms regarding cancellations for various types of orders and services.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order items may only be canceled within an industry-standard timeframe before production begins. This timeframe varies by product but is generally within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. If cancellation is requested after production has started, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee accounts for materials, labor, and time that could have been allocated to other orders. Once production is complete, cancellations are no longer possible, and the item is considered final sale.

Digital Services & Subscriptions

For digital services, including web hosting and related services, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 business days before the end of the current billing cycle, unless otherwise specified. Failure to cancel before this timeframe may result in an automatic renewal for the next billing cycle. Certain product licenses or services provided by third-party vendors may be subject to their own cancellation terms and conditions, which will be outlined at the time of purchase. Regulatory & Payment Processor Compliance

We adhere to all rules, policies, and requirements imposed by our payment providers, including Stripe, Autobooks, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Certain industries, products, and transactions may be restricted or prohibited under payment processor agreements. We do not provide services to any prohibited businesses or support any high-risk activities as outlined by these providers. We may request additional information or documentation (KYC) to verify compliance with regulatory and payment processing requirements.

Export Restrictions & International Trade Compliance

We comply with all U.S. export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and regulations enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not sell, ship, or provide services to individuals, businesses, or entities in embargoed or restricted countries, as designated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury or other regulatory authorities.
